Eunuch shot dead on highway

Billu alias Vinod (30) died on the spot, while four other eunuchs travelling with him to Sarhind Sharif in Punjab from here were injured, when the four assailants intercepted their car on the highway and stole the cash and jewelry, police said.

The assailants also fled with the eunuchs' car, they said, adding, the car was found at another place.

The matter is being probed, they said.
