Eva Mendes, Ryan Gosling relationship in trouble?

Ryan Gosling is in Cannes busy promoting his directorial debut 'The Lost River' but his girlfriend Eva Mendes is conspicuous by her absence.
The actor, whose film has been panned by the critics, hit the red carpet with 'Mad Men' star Christina Hendricks. But Mendes, his girlfriend of three years, was nowhere to be seen, reported People magazine.
Mendes, 40, and the 33-year-old actor have not been photographed together since last November.
The actress, however, playfully shot down break-up rumours last February though the couple has never commented on their relationship status publicly.
