Ex-AIADMK councillor found dead
Poovaraghavan, a former councillor of Kottakudi, was reported missing since June 14 and a search had been on.
This morning, his body was noticed by local people and they informed police, who retrieved it.
A bottle of poison was found near the body, police said adding Poovaraghavan's family members told them he might have committed suicide as he was in deep debt.
