Exposition on interior design in Hyderabad from June 22

A three-day trade exposition 'InsiderX- 2018', to be organised the Hyderabad regional chapter of the Institute of Indian Interior Designers, will begin here from June 22.

The show would highlight the latest trends, thoughts and innovations in the design industry, chairperson of the Hyderabad chapter of the institue Aparna Bidarkar told reporters here today.

National president of the institute Pratap Jadhav would inaugurate the event and architect Sanjay Mohe would deliver the keynote address, she said.

The third edition of the show has been crafted for the interior design, architecture and construction industries, the organisers said.

Also, the exhibition aims at bringing industry professionals and the common man on a single platform, they said.

Over 100 exhibitors would showcase more than 500 products at the event which is expected to be attended by over 3,000 business visitors comprising architects, interior designers and other professionals, the organisers said.

The exposition would showcase six proto-types developed by students from six different teams, who have attended various workshops, they further said.

The Rs 20,000-crore Indian interior design industry is mostly unorganised, and it has been growing at the rate of 15 per cent to 20 percent annually, they added.
