F-Secure appoints Amit Nath as Country Manager India & SAARC

Security solutions provider F-Secure has appointed Amit Nath as Country Manager India and SAARC.
He will be responsible for company's India relations, strategy and growth for channels mid market and enterprise business, F-Secure said in a statement today.
Nath has over 17 years of IT industry experience across different verticals such as sales, marketing, operations, programme and management functions, it added.
With his strong background in security industry and his strategic and operative experience, he will be responsible for positioning of F-Secure as a strong and channel-driven security company, it said.
"India has always been a major focus area for F-Secure, and with Amit Nath at the helm, we are hoping to scale our India business to greater heights. As a veteran in the security industry, Nath knows all the fine details of the Indian market and is the best person to expand our operations here," F-Secure VP APAC (Customer and Market Operations) Paul Palmer said.

Prior to joining F Secure, Nath has served as Regional Director, India & SAARC, at Positive Technologies. He has also worked with Trend Micro as Country Manager India and SAARC and has been associated with Dell.
"I look forward to support and drive F-Secure's growth in India through channels and bringing innovative business model for the channel community. I intend to build F-Secure as a great security channels company which serves as a partner to all mid-market companies facing any security challenge," Nath said.
