'Fani': Odisha CM thanks T'gana govt for restoration works

Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik Saturday thanked his Telangana counterpart K Chandrasekhar Rao for sending skilled personnel for power restoration works in the aftermath of cyclone 'Fani' that devastated coastal areas in May this year.

In a letter to Rao, he appreciated the contribution of the Telangana team in restoring power supply.

"I, on my behalf and on behalf of the people of Odisha, convey my heartfelt thanks for immediate response of your state in deputing a team of skilled workmen to support and assist in the power restoration works in the aftermath of cyclone 'Fani' that devastated coastal Odisha in May, 2019," Patnaik said .
