Talking to reporters here, Kumar said wheat procurement from Punjab by FCI could be lower this season because of adverse impact of inclement weather conditions.
To a query on border sealed by Haryana for preventing Punjab farmers to bring crop, he said that he would take up the matter with Haryana government in this regard.
