The 71-year-old, who was down with fever and a stomach infection, had mentioned about his medical condition on his blog on October 14. He soon resumed shooting for "Kaun Banega Crorepati" on October 17.
"Concern after my health has reached an unjustified proportion, undeserving. I am getting better by the day, and according to the medical fraternity that looks after us, in a day or two all should be well.
"Work continues and no there is not a question of stepping down the barometer," Bachchan wrote on his blog.
