Additional Secretary of the Union Ministry of Agriculture Dalip Singh said that interactions of farmers with industry specialists is the need of the hour so that there is an exchange of ideas, technical advice, tips for germination, and fertilisation.
He noticed the presence of women farmers who were not only curious to learn about horticulture and mechanisation, but also to interact with the panel.
