Hardline Hurriyat Conference today lashed out at Bollywood, saying the movies made in Kashmir did not reflect the "pain" of people of the Valley.
The films made on Kashmir neglect the real pain and sufferings of Kashmiris, Hurriyat spokesman Ayaz Akbar said in a statement.
Akbar said the films made on Kashmir by Bollywood are far from reality.
"Kashmiri women are known for their character across the globe, but Bollywood continues to promote love affairs between Indian forces and Kashmiri women, which is nothing but propaganda to defame them," he said.
