Lauding the services of Dr C Palanivelu, Chairman of the Centre, who had introduced laparoscopy in this region, Sathasivam also asked doctors to maintain punctuality in their profession, which was an hallmark.
N Ram, Chairman, Kasturi and Sons Limited, said right to health should get into the system on the lines of right to education.
Attention should be given to the basic needs, as many were deprived of medical education, due to high capitation fee, which was a major challenge.
