The FIR has been registered against Gaya Town MLA Prem Kumar and party Legislator from Bodh Gaya Shyamdev Paswan following a complaint by the principal of Katothia Middle School at Barachhati.
Rameshwar Yadav, the principal, in his police complaint said the two MLAs had instigated students to go to a hospital for check up on July 19 after taking midday meal though there was no complaint against the food.
The FIR, was registered with the Barachhati police station last night under Section 109 (abatement to offence), 147 (rioting), and 353 (criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of duty), and others.
