Aniket Pagare (5) and his brother Pramod (7) were taken to the hospital last night after they experienced vomiting, said an officer with Panchvati police station where the case is registered.
The children died at the hospital later in the night, he said.
The father of the duo, Pramod Pagare (34) today lodged a complaint with police saying that his sons died due to negligence on part of the doctor.
A case has been registered under section 304-A (causing death by doing any rash or negligent act ) of Indian Penal Code.
