FIR registered in paper leak case in UP

Almost three days after the leak of a class XII Mathematics (II) paper of the Uttar Pradesh board, a case has been registered against centre superintendent of Sri Ganga Ram Baba Saraswati college, police said today.
The paper which was scheduled for today was leaked on February 9.
District Magistrate Sarvagya Ram Mishra said, "It is a serious matter and a probe has been ordered".
The incident came to light yesterday when a CCTV footage was checked, Mishra said, adding the board was immediately informed and an alternate paper was supplied.
Following the leak, a new set of paper was distributed to students in 74 centres of the district today.
Meanwhile, not only centre superintendent Vinod Kumar and additional centre superintendent Jitendra Kumar have been replaced, the board has been recommended to debar Vinod Kumar for five years from every type of board work.
