It was a steady start from both teams last night as after five minutes the Storm Queens led 3-2. Fire Birds captain Mamtha Poojari was sent to the bench in the fourth minute and their raiders struggled in her absence.
The Storm Queens led 5-3 after 10 minutes with their defence and attack contributing equally.
Pujari's concentrated efforts brought her team back as the game went into the break tied at 7-7.
After the first half the game went into a see-saw situation with both teams tied at 12-12 after 26 minutes.
Mamtha Poojari spoiled the Queen's party by continuing her heroic performance and scored a crucial raid point and bonus point as Fire Birds tied the game at 14-14.
Both teams tried to score raid points in the last two minutes but were unable to do and the match ended at 14-14.
Mamtha Poojari was the top raider with six points while Queen's Moti Chand scored four tackle points.
