The family members of Taudia Jangam complained of nausea and vomiting after eating mushroom for lunch in their house at village Pulimetala under Kalimela area.
They were admitted at the district headquarter hospital here, said Dr Gopabandhu Behera, who was in charge of their treatment.
While Taudia Jagnam and his four-year-old son Rama were discharged later, his wife Laxmi, mother Gurubari and nephew Raju were undergoing treatment and their condition was stated to be serious, Behera said.
