The accused were involved in over 100 cases of theft of cattle and other articles from the National Capital Region, said Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime) Madhur Verma.
Four countrymade pistols, 10 live cartridges, master keys, house-breaking instruments and two tempos were recovered from their possession, he added.
They were nabbed on the intervening night of June 30 and July 1 near a petrol pump located in Bhajanpura on the main Wazirabad Road in northeast Delhi, said the officer.
The accused persons belong to a gang, Lukman Gang, and have been involved in cattle thefts for the last couple of years.
