The accident occurred near Rau area in the city when the car collided head-on with the dumper truck coming from opposite side. All five occupants of the car died on the spot.
The impact of the collision was so severe that the car got crushed and the bodies had to be extricated after cutting the vehicle, police said.
The deceased were identified as - Amit Sharma, Vinit Sharma, Deepak Chouhan, Sumit and Ravish Jain, all aged between 20 and 30, they said.
