Flight operations at Srinagar Airport, hit by bad weather for two days, resumed partially today as visibility improved, officials said.
The flight operations have partially resumed at the airport with the improvement in visibility this afternoon, Director, Airports Authority of India (AII), Srinagar Airport, Sharad Kumar told PTI here.
Kumar said a private airlines flight landed at the airport this afternoon, the first flight to operate at the aerodrome since Thursday afternoon.
One flight has landed, others are following, he said.
The director said four flights had to be cancelled this morning due to poor visibility.
While all the flights were cancelled yesterday, four were cancelled this morning, he said.
Kumar expressed hope that air traffic would be restored fully in the later afternoon.

Meanwhile, Kumar said only two flights operated from the airport today, while 15 others were cancelled.
"Only two flights landed at the airport today and the same flights then took off," the Airport Director said, adding the visibility did not improve much, so 15 flights had to be cancelled and air traffic was hit.
