Fog envelopes most parts of UP

Weather was mainly dry and dense to moderate fog occurred at several places in Uttar Pradesh.
Lowest minimum temperature was recorded at 5.8 degree Celsius in Najibabad town of Bijnore.
Meteorological department here said that night temperature fell in Gorakhpur, Faizabad, Allahabad, Lucknow and changed a little in remaining divisions of the state.
The temperature was appreciably above normal in Varanasi, Faizabad, Meerut; above normal in Gorakhpur, Bareilly, Jhansi and normal in the remaining division of the state.
Weather would mainly be dry, and dense to moderate fog would occur at many places over the state in the next 24 hours.
