"For Make in India to be successful, we must also ensure 'Make in Assam' through resumption of NEIIPP and Special Category Status," the Chief Minister asserted.
The 'Make in Assam' could be ensured through resumption of the North East Industrial and Investment Promotion Policy (NEIIPP) and Special Category Status to the state, tweeted Gogoi.
"Changing the negative mindset of the youth to positive thinking has been the biggest achievement of our Government," the Chief Minister added.
