Former public prosecutor among 2 shot dead in Kashmir

Two civilians, including a former public prosecutor, were shot dead in separate incidents in the Kashmir valley today.
Unidentified gunmen tonight shot dead a former public prosecutor in south Kashmir's Shopian district, police said.
The gunmen barged into the house of advocate Imtiyaz Ahmad Khan in Pinjoora village of Shopian and fired on him, leaving him critically injured, a police official said.
He said Khan was rushed to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
