The Forum had started its 'Justice Rally' from New Delhi and reached Jalandhar today where it held discussions with local advocates on 'speedy and efficient' justice.
"The pace of judicial processes in the country is very slow and that in a way is injustice. The process should be hastened so that the common man is satisfied with the justice," said Praveen Patil, convenor of the rally.
Patil said the rally will continue till March 4 and during the period it aims to raise awareness among people for "speedy justice". The rally will next move to Amritsar, he said.
