The four, including three minors, belonged surrounding areas of Subbegounden Pudur and had been suffering from high fever for the last two days, police said.
On examination, the 30-year old man, two boys aged seven and nine and a 14-year old girl tested positive for dengue and were admitted to the GH, they said.
They were undergoing treatment in the isolation ward, police added.
