Acting on a tip-off, police raided the park and arrested Sanjay, Satyendra, Abid and Sharafat Khan from the spot, SHO Sahibabad Haridayal Singh Yadav said.
Police seized the gambling amount of Rs 1.3 lakh along with playing cards.
All the four persons have been booked under section 13 of Gambling Act, SHO added.
