The incident occurred in the wee hours today when the SUV was on its way to Ghadsana from Purani Mandi.
The vehicle collided with the bus while trying to save a stray animal, they said.
The deceased were identified as Satnam, Omprakash, Mahaveer and Maneesh.
The injured were admitted to the PBM government hospital in Bikaner, they said.
The bus passengers escaped unhurt while its driver fled from the spot, they said.
