The accident occurred at around 1.30 AM, when the driver lost control of the car at a high speed and it turned turtle near Bonguluru of Ibrahimpatnam.
Three persons died on the spot while another victim succumbed on way to hospital, police said adding that three other passengers suffered minor injuries in the mishap.
The deceased have been identified as - Sridhar Reddy, Dhanraj, Narasimha and Narendra (aged between 22-35 years).
All the passengers were workers at a cinema hall in Karmanghat, police said adding the investigating into the accident is on.
