Freight rates for Bangalore, Mysore up

Freight rates for nine-tonne pay load section for Bangalore and Mysore went up by Rs 1,000 in the local truck transport market today on increased cargo movements against tight availability of trucks.
Transporters said pick up in cargo movements against tight availability of trucks mainly pushed up Bangalore and Mysore freight rates.
Freight rates from Delhi to Bangalore and Mysore rose by Rs 1,000 each to Rs 62,000 and Rs 66,000 respectively.
