"The non-convertible debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 600 crore... Which were listed on the wholesale debt market segment of BSE, have been redeemed on March 21," Future Enterprises said in a BSE filing.
The company yesterday raised Rs 352 crore by allotting NCDs on a private placement basis.
Shares of Future Enterprises closed 2.35 per cent down at Rs 27 on BSE.
