Gang of robbers busted in Ghaziabad

Police today claimed to have busted a gang of robbers active in different parts of the city, with the arrest of three persons, an official said.
The accused, identified as Sunny, Saurabh and Vidhur, hail from Muzaffarnagar district, he said.
After getting a tip-off that five robbers, wanted in several cases, were coming towards Vasundhara sector 15 last night, police arrested three though two accused fled the spot, he said.
Police have recovered two laptops, a country-made pistols, a knife and chilly powder from them.
"We are interrogating the accused about hideouts of their accomplices, who would be arrested soon," the police officer said.
