The alleged incident took place yesterday in Isanagar area, when the victim, who was alone in the house after her father went to buy medicines, was raped by Sandeep, Sunder and Manoj, police said.
Depressed and shocked after the incident, the girl hanged herself in her room, they added.
The three accused have been arrested after the victim's father lodged an FIR with the police.
