German national arrested with ecstasy drug
Florian Heindl (36) was arrested on November 22 from a hotel in Paharganj and 69 gm of ecstasy (MDMA) was seized from him, they said.
He came to India on October 2 and had visited the country six times since 2013, the police said.
In another case, one Jatin Gupta (25) was arrested from near Pankha Road in Uttam Nagar and 100 LSD papers were seized from him, they said.
