Based on the girl's complaint, an FIR was lodged yesterday against six persons including her husband Riyaz under relevant sections of the IPC.
The girl has alleged that Riyaz forcibly married her after which he along with his family members started demanding dowry and torturing her to change her religion, Additional Superintendent of Police Rajiv Malhotra said.
The girl has claimed that she was thrown out of the house on August 27, he added.
Riyaz has been arrested while the others are absconding, the ASP said, adding, the matter is being probed.
