Girl attempts suicide

A 21-year-old girl attempted suicide after being scolded by her mother for over some issue, police said today.
The girl, a resident of Jeetpur Colony area of the district, consumed poison last night and was rushed to a private hospital here, they said.
Her condition is stated to be critical, police added.
