The incident took place yesterday near the Tehsil office here when the accused identified as Deepak Kumar and Anuj Kumar harassed the victim when she was coming with her brother from Pinna village on a motorcycle, they said.
The locals nabbed the youths and handed them over to police, they said, adding that a case has been registered in this regard.
