The alleged murder took place in the early hours on Thursday, police said adding that accused decamped with a mobile and gold ornaments of the victim worth around Rs 1,60,000.
The victim was identified as Priya Daravade, they said.
"In the wee hours on April 14, some unidentified people entered the house by breaking the grill of the door and stabbed the girl who was sleeping in the bedroom. The girl died on the spot and the assailants decamped with the valuables kept at home," an official release said.
