"The girl, aged around 20 years, was run over by a train and it is not clear whether she had committed suicide or it was an accident," SHO, Jawahar Circle police station, Hari Shankar Sharma said.
The body has been kept in the mortuary of SMS hospital and efforts are on to identify her, he said.
