GJM leader held in 2009 arson case

A Gorkha Janmukti Morcha (GJM) leader was arrested this evening from Kalimpong in Darjeeling district for his alleged involvement in arson cases of 2009, the police said.
Dalbir Bhujel was picked up by the police from the market area for his alleged involvement in burning of government and private properties during the statehood agitations in 2009.
Bhujel is the joint president of the GJM's Kalimpong Ward No. 42 unit.
