Global Vectra directors Swati Rishi, Bhaskarudu resign

In a filing to the BSE, the company said that R S S L N Bhaskarudu has resigned as director with effect from May 1 while the resignation of Swati Rishi was effective from May 4.

GVHL is part of Ravi Rishi-led Vectra Group. Ravi Rishi and the Vectra Group are under the CBI scanner in connection with the sourcing of Tatra trucks to the Indian armed forces.

GVHL is into aviation, heavy engineering and real estate, among others.
