GNA Axles raises Rs 38-cr from anchor investors; IPO on Sep 14

Auto components maker GNA Axles today raised around Rs 38 crore from anchor investors by selling shares at Rs 207 apiece ahead of its initial share sale which begins on Wednesday.
Three investors -- Reliance Capital, UTI Mutual Fund and HDFC Trustee Company -- were allotted shares by the company.
GNA Axles will hit the capital markets on September 14, to raise an estimated Rs 130 crore. The company has fixed a price band of Rs 205-207 per share.
"Under Anchor Investors (AIs) portion in the public issue of GNA Axles, 18,30,000 equity shares have been subscribed today by three AIs at Rs 207 per equity share," the company said in a statement today.
The IPO comprises an issue of up to 63 lakh shares.
