Wagh was attending the birthday functionof Goa BJP vice president Anil Hoble when he suddenly felt uneasy last night, according to his family.
The BJP MLA from St Andre was then taken to the nearby Goa Medical College and Hospital where he went angioplasty, family sources said.
Wagh has been admitted to the Cardiac Care Unit (CCU) of the Goa Medical College where he is recovering, a family member said.
