The Dheeraj Jhadav-led side finally pocketed 6 points from a win from three games to take their tally to ten as two of their games were drawn. Tripura on the other hand remain winless in three games.
It was an easy march for Goa, who to their 50-run target in 25.1 overs, but will be disappointed to lose a wicket and a bonus point in the process.
Starting on their overnight score of 140 for six, Tripura were bundled for 245 as left-arm spinner Shadab Jakati bagged a fifer to overshadow Manusingh's 104-run knock.
Tripura though had effectively lost the match on the opening day itself after being skittle out for a paltry 61.
Rituraj Singh had bagged three wickets, while Man of the Match Jakati, Parsanth Parameswaran and Darshan Misal had bagged 2 wickets apiece.
Brief Scores:
Tripura 61 and 245 all out in 75.1 overs (Manisankar Murasingh 104; Shadab Jakati 5-54)
Goa 257 and 50/1 in 25.1 overs (Amogh Sunil Desai 20 not out, Sagun Kamat 28 not out; Abhijit Sarkar 1-7).
