The company had posted consolidated net profit (for the quarter/period after tax) at Rs 10.3 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, GOCL Corp said in a BSE filing.
The consolidated income of the company during July- September quarter dropped to Rs 119 crore, over Rs 133.8 crore in the year-ago period.
In a statement, the company said that "GOCL Corporation Ltd...has reported a consolidated gross income of Rs 119 crore (previous year Rs 121 crore) for the year Q2 of 2018 and consolidated net profit of Rs 6 crore."
It operates through 3 major divisions with independent management structures.
