The Orissa High Court had granted him bail two days ago.
Arrested on August 19, Satyam was released after he furnished bail bonds of Rs 50,000 with two sureties of like amount in the SDJM court, which asked him to refrain from any criminal activities during the bail period.
The High Court, granting him bail, had ordered him to cooperate with the prosecution, meet the investigation officer once every fortnight and not to leave the state without prior permission from the IO till the end of his trial.
He had fled to Mumbai soon after Sarathi Baba was arrested on August 8.
