Godrej Properties adds new housing project in Bengaluru

Realty firm Godrej Properties today said it has entered into a partnership to develop a housing project in Bengaluru.
The proposed project will offer about 0.75 million sq ft of saleable area, Mumbai-based Godrej Properties, the realty arm of the Godrej Group, said in a statement.
"As with most Godrej Properties' projects, this project will be developed under a profit sharing model," it added.
The company generally ties up with land owners to develop real estate projects.
Godrej Properties Managing Director & CEO Pirojsha Godrej, said: "We are happy to add a new residential project in Bengaluru. This will be our ninth project in the city. This project fits well with our strategy of developing world class residential projects in the country's leading real estate markets."
Godrej Properties is currently developing residential, commercial and township projects spread across 109 million sq ft in 12 cities.
