Godrej Properties Q3 net profit up 6pc to Rs 37.46 cr

Godrej Properties today reported a 6 per cent increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 37.46 crore for the third quarter ended December 31.
The company, the real estate arm of the Godrej Group, had posted a net profit of Rs 35.47 crore in the year-ago period.
However, total income declined by 5 per cent to Rs 253.9 crore during third quarter of 2013-14 fiscal as compared to Rs 267.8 crore in the corresponding quarter of previous year.
Godrej Properties is currently developing residential, commercial and township projects spread across 89.7 million sq ft in 12 cities.
