The cultural troupe was adjudged the best troupe in the music and performance segment and was chosen the third best in tableau category in the R-day celebrations, a government release said.
Felicitating all members of the troupe, Gogoi said they have brought laurels to the state by presenting the unique and colourful dance and music of the state at the national level.
"Kudos to you all for making the state proud by your performance at the National arena," Gogoi said.
