The Canadian singer performed the acoustic versions of "Love yourself" and "Cold water" at the Sunday event to pay tribute to the victims of the terror attack at Ariana Grande's last month gig in Manchester that claimed 22 lives.
During a conversation with a radio show Sirius XM's Morning Mash Up, the 24-year-old diva said Bieber's act was "really beautiful", reported Elle magazine.
"It Ain't Me" singer also complimented all others who performed at the Manchester concert.
