Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of an event here, Singh said, "Kahin bhi achche din dikhai nahi de rahe hain (Good days are not visible anywhere.)"
Targetting local MLA and UP minister G P Prajapati, she accused him of "anti-people and anti-social activities" and said Congress will not allow anyone to ruin Amethi.
"Prajapati has failed on all fronts," she alleged.
Singh, former Amethi MLA, had lost to Prajapati in the last Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections as a Congress nominee.
