Govt taking steps to meet aspirations of border people:Slathia

"Government is taking every step to meet the developmental aspirations of the border people with special focus on improving trade and commerce", the minister said addressing a series of public meetings during his tour to the border areas of his home constituency in Vijaypur belt of Samba district.

He said the state government has taken up an ambitious border tourism promotion project to enable the local people to reap the benefits of this lucrative industry.
